Submission Guidelines
We want to help you tell the story of Army ROTC. To submit stories or story ideas for publication on this site, please send your contact information and the idea or the story in the body of an e-mail to:
Photos should communicate a story. When sending photos, please send unedited .jpg files with the photographer’s name and contact information, and the names and affiliations of the subjects in the photos. A description of the action in the photo would be helpful. Please understand that grip-and-grin photos will rarely be published.
Within stories include the military ranks of people and their full names, along with the author’s name and contact information.
Not every submission can be used, and we don’t have time to respond to every idea. We prefer to receive material by e-mail. Once we used any hard-copy stuff you’ve mailed us, it’s filed away and won’t be sent back to you.
